1. Age and accounts

You must be at least 14 years old to create or use a registered Pulse Nexus account. You must provide accurate registration information, including your date of birth, and keep your account secure. A connected third-party service may impose a higher minimum age.

2. Community standards

Pulse Nexus is intended to be welcoming and safe. Racism, hate speech, discriminatory abuse, bullying, harassment, threats, intimidation, sexual harassment, targeted abuse, deliberately disruptive or antisocial conduct, scams, spam, impersonation and illegal or seriously harmful content are not accepted.

DJs, authorised Chat Moderators and the platform may remove content, mute or ban participants, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary to enforce these rules or protect the service and its users.

3. Your content and DJ responsibilities

You remain responsible for music catalogues, streams, artwork, messages, links and other content you provide or connect. You must have the rights and permissions required to use and broadcast that content and must comply with applicable law and licensing obligations.

4. Chat and moderation

Chat may include messages from Pulse Nexus and connected services such as Twitch and Discord. Automated protection can block words, links and suspected spam. Moderation tools reduce abuse but cannot guarantee that all harmful content will be detected or prevented.

5. Third-party services

Optional integrations are subject to the terms, availability and technical rules of their respective providers. Pulse Nexus is not responsible for third-party outages or independent moderation decisions.

6. Service availability

Features may change, be suspended or be withdrawn as the service develops. We may take reasonable steps to protect security, reliability and other users.

7. Paid services

Where paid subscriptions or services are offered, the price, billing period, renewal and applicable cancellation information will be shown before purchase. Additional consumer rights may apply depending on your location.

8. Legal review

Provisions covering liability, warranties, governing law, cancellation/refunds and formal contact details will be finalised before commercial launch.
