Information we use

Depending on account type, we may process account and profile information, date of birth, contact details, DJ configuration, catalogue data, chat and moderation records, connected-service identifiers and operational/security records.

Why we use it

We use information to provide accounts and DJ features, operate chat and moderation, secure the service, maintain integrations, provide support and administer subscriptions where applicable.

Young users

Registered accounts require users to be at least 14. Date of birth is collected to enforce this minimum age. Additional safeguards and final privacy wording for users aged 14–17 will be reviewed before commercial launch.

Connected services

If you connect services such as Twitch or Discord, information required for that integration may be exchanged with those providers. Their own privacy policies also apply.

Retention and rights

Retention periods, lawful bases, data-subject rights, controller contact details, international-transfer information and complaint routes will be finalised in the reviewed policy before commercial launch.
